Carbon Offsetting and New Trees for Online Bingo Players

London, UK, October 1 2008 – All Bingo Club the vibrant online bingo destination, today announced its brand-new environmentally friendly bingo promotions, aimed at helping to raise awareness for the environment, while still offering a great time playing bingo!

AllBingo Club is the world’s first online bingo site to offer an environment initiative that lets players offset their PC’s carbon emissions while playing bingo. For every new player that joins ‘All Bingo Club’ enough trees will be planted to cancel out the approx. 135kg of CO2 one PC generates in a year*.

All Bingo Club has also revamped two ‘Bingo Calls’ to give them a ‘green’ touch and offer players an added win bonus: # 3 = “Plant a tree”, # 73 = “Queen Bee”

# 3 – Plant a tree, All Bingo Club players gaining a full house on number three will not only win big but will also have a tree planted in their name.

# 73 – Queen Bee, All Bingo Club players who drop a full house on the number 73 will receive an additional £73. The call aims to raise awareness of the plight of the humble Honey Bee whose numbers are dramatically falling, many believe, as a result of climate change.

AllBingoClub recently ran the first of many polls on its website. This one ascertained how environmentally conscious its players were. 55% of the players who voted said the environment was extremely important – if we don’t act soon, we’re in big trouble, followed by 27% who said it’s important and they want to do their part in making the world a cleaner, greener place.

Other green initiatives, offers and polls will be run across the website throughout the year.
