Game Rules
- In order to be eligible to play, players must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction, whichever is great. (It's the law.)
- Due to US gaming regulations, we do not accept players from the United States. (sorry)
- Only one account is allowed per player. (This is unfortunately necessary to prevent abuse of our generous bonus policies.) Any player found in violation of this rule may have all their accounts terminated.
- Players are required to keep all registration details in a safe place. All Bingo Club will not accept liability for any damages caused by misuse of any player account.
- The purchase of all tickets is final. You cannot "undo" a ticket purchase. Tickets purchased will be displayed at the beginning of each game. If you leave or are disconnected prior to game start, the game continues and your tickets will still be played. No refunds are available.
- All Bingo Club reserves the right to withhold the payment of winnings to any player pending verification of the player's identity.
- Only players that have funded their account with a cash deposit are eligible to win jackpot prizes (Progressive Jackpot and Promotional Games).
- Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment to any Player should the Player have provided us with false or misleading information, is found to have violated any policy rule, or if for any reason the Player account is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings void.
- Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment of any game which may requires further investigation due to any system malfunction in which case All Bingo Club will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.
- Management reserves the right to terminate any Player account at any time without notice if found to be violating any of the above rules and at its discretion suspend a Player's account, void any winnings and withhold any balance in a Player's account.
- In the case of dispute, the decision of All Bingo Club management will be final. Always fair, but final.

Dormant Accounts
- Your account will be deemed “dormant" if it has not been accessed for at least six (6) calendar months, as determined from the last time you performed an action in the account (e.g., made a deposit or purchased tickets).
- If your account should become dormant, we will notify you via email (the “Notification Email") of any “real" balance that might be remaining in the account (e.g., real funds do not include promotional or bonus funds).
- You will have thirty (30) days from the date of the Notification Email to claim any remaining balance. If you fail to do so, your account will be closed and the remaining balance will be forfeited to All Bingo Club.
- If you discover, however, that your account has been closed and balance forfeited in accordance with the provisions of this Section VII, you may lay a claim to such monies upon written application to All Bingo Club. All Bingo Club, in its sole discretion, shall decide whether or not you are entitled to the funds (or any portion thereof) stated in your written application. All Bingo Club's decision shall be final and binding.
- You acknowledge that monies held in your account will not bear interest.
- Bonus credits not played within 30 days of being awarded will be deemed to have expired and will be removed.

Prohibited Uses
- It is the law in almost all jurisdictions which have strict money laundering rules and regulations that we are required to report you to the federal or local authorities within such jurisdictions if we know, suspect or have reason to suspect that any of your transactions, among other actions, (i) involve funds derived from illegal activities, (ii) are intended to conceal funds from illegal activities, or (iii) involve the use of a All Bingo Club to facilitate criminal activity.
- In order to assist in the prevention of money laundering, no cash shall be accepted to fund any account at All Bingo Club and no substantial or exceptional withdrawals, whether individually or cumulatively, shall be made unless notarized copies of at least two (2) of the following are received:
- a most recent bank statement from the bank where your wagers/deposits originated;
- a driver’s license;
- or a current and valid passport.
- We have developed and employ sophisticated proprietary technology intended to seek out and identify users making fraudulent or unlawful use of All Bingo Club. You shall not break into, access or attempt to break into or access or otherwise circumvent our security measures. If, in our sole discretion, you are in breach of this Section 8.3, we reserve the right to terminate your access to All Bingo Club immediately and/or have your account blocked, and we may inform interested third parties of your breach.
- You are not allowed to use any software program which, in our opinion, is endowed with artificial intelligence ("AI Software") in connection with your use of All Bingo Club. We constantly review the use of each of the Casinos in order to detect the use of AI Software and in the event that we deem it has been used we reserve the right to take any action we see fit, including immediately blocking your access to All Bingo Club, terminating your account and seizing all monies held in such account.
